OUR NAME
Our name is a stylized form of the Italian word “Sfera”, taking inspiration from it’s late Latin origin, "Sphēra".
Both meaning sphere or globe, our name pays homage to the geometry and symmetry used within styling. Sfēra values intuition and artistry combined with technical excellence.
A sphere is also an area of activity, interest or expertise; unified by a particular characteristic. We live up to these meanings by being an all-encompassing experience of the highest standards.
Our opulent location in Jumeirah Bay surrounds us with shimmering turquoise waters, an iconic backdrop perfectly completing the sphere of distinguishable experience that is Sfēra.

If I could give seven stars or more for SFēRA and Luca I would. Luca is a master at making you look and feel your absolute best. He is genuinely interested in how you want to look and feel. He asks lots of questions and then he makes suggestions based on what you want and your hair type. Luca worked his magic on my thin frizzy hair, he cut it so that my hair looks fantastic blown dried straight or left to dry naturally curly. The secret apart from his cut is that he recommends the right products and how to style the cut. I am now able to keep the natural curl (not a frizzy mess) for more than a day. My hair looks and feels the best it has been since I moved from Europe to the Middle East eight years ago.
I also have to say the whole team at SFēRA are also lovely, they are always welcoming, making you feel comfortable and the fully reclining chairs at the sinks are incredible!
So thank you Luca and team I love coming to your salon and I absolutely love love love the way my hair looks.
